Due to the nature of professional 3D printing and the post-processing involved, subtle variations may occur between individual pieces.

These may include:

These characteristics are a natural part of the manufacturing process and contribute to the individuality of each holder. They do not affect strength, functionality, or overall quality.

Token cards are not included unless otherwise stated.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees and is returned to us, any original shipping costs and return fees incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.
