Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check your local import regulations before placing an order, as we are unable to estimate or reimburse any customs charges that may apply.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees and is returned to us, any original shipping costs and return fees incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.
